Why the 412 Network?

The 4:12 Network and Christmas Trees

Every year there is an annual pilgrimage for the Christmas tree die-hard. It is the search for that just right Christmas tree for that just right space in the home. With the same intensity as hunting for that Christmas tree, church leaders look for that just right ministry specialist who could come and help meet a specific ministry training need. The needs vary as do the churches so the challenge lies with how to help the church find the best solution.

As with a forest of fine Christmas trees, there is a limitless number of ministry specialists who can and want to help. So how does one find that just right ministry specialist? By going to the 4:12 Network.

The 4:12 Network is a place, a clearing house of sorts, where church leaders can come to look for someone to help with a ministry need. It has a two-fold purpose:
  1. To help churches find the right ministry specialist—trainer, consultant, coach, etc.—to meet their specific ministry need.
  2. To provide a place for qualified ministry specialists to connect—with churches and each other.
This is an introductory blog post to help you know why we are building the 4:12 Network site.  We covet your prayers and welcome your feedback. We are adding individuals, organizations and resources weekly.

Please visit the site whenever you have a ministry need. Once you create your personal log in and password you may search anytime for free. Be sure to follow us on Twitter (@the412network), "like" us on Facebook, and share the link with your friends.
