Questions are a Good Thing

When they did not find Him, they returned to Jerusalem to search for Him. After three days, they found Him in the temple complex sitting among the teachers listening to them and Asking Questions! (Luke 2:46)
As we celebrate the birth of Christ next week, let's also consider His hunger, as a young child, to be in the middle of Bible study. I remember my two sons' eagerness to go to church and study God's Word when they were small. They would always come home with questions. I never grew tired of answering their questions, especially when it related to the Word of God. Oh, and they would ask their Sunday School teachers questions, too. I am grateful that, throughout their years in Bible study then and now, they have had leaders who are willing to help them find the answers to their questions.

This season, praise the Lord  for hunger that translates into questions during your Bible study group time!

Be ready to answer questions from your children, grandchildren, family, friends, and Bible study members during this Christmas season. It is a great time to help them see The Answer to the Reason for this Season.

Merry Christmas!
See you back in the blog world after January 1.
