The 4:12 Network would like to introduce Ric Callahan who serves as Church Strategist and Children's Ministry Specialist with Unlimited Partnerships. Ric has many years of experience serving on church staff. In addition, he has led many seminars, conferences and retreats for children, youth,
adults, couples, and families during his 32 years of ministry. He has taught at events sponsored by Alabama Baptist, Birmingham
Baptist Association, Lifeway Christian Resources, Scott Dawson
Evangelistic Association, Rec Lab, Children’s Pastors Conference and the
Fall Festival of Marriage. Ric also writes and manages a
website called ProDad.org, which is designed to motivate and teach men
how to become great dads and husbands.Ric has led extensively in all aspects of Children’s Ministry including, Sunday School, Discipleship, RA’s, GA’s, Mission Trips, Children’s Worship, Retreats, Camps and even Church-wide events. Ric is passionate about teaching children and their families how to make wise choices, how to treat everyone the way that Jesus would treat them, and how to trust God no matter what. Ric has published articles in several Christian magazines and written curriculum for Sunday School, Discipleship, Marriage Enrichment, and Student Life. Ric enjoys consulting with churches concerning vision, outreach, church growth, Christian Education and Children’s / Family Ministries.
