of pastoral experience in churches ranging from 90 to 600+ in
attendance. Dr. Polk strongly believes in and leads from the perspective
of shepherding, following the Good Shepherd in order to lead His sheep.
He enjoys sharing the fruits of his experience and training, to help other churches and minsters. His areas of experience and interest are church leadership and
