Nine Principles for Building a Strong Adult Ministry

Many churches approach ministry to adults in a segmented, scattered, and unfocused manner. There are some who might even assume that at church has to large in order to develop a focused, strategic, intentional ministry to adults. Actually, if you have adults attending your church (which is a given, right?), then you have a ministry to adults. The only question is, "Are you practicing principles that help adults become viable, contributing parts of the Body?"
