This week’s study provides a rich description of Jesus as the Good Shepherd. There is so much we could talk about as we move through the passages; yet I realize our time is limited. Please be aware that there will be some in your group who struggle with their security in Christ or who don’t know Christ at all. Leave enough time for discussion throughout this session to help adults process the rich meaning of these passages.
I have attempted to provide discussion points for each passage, but there will be a need for brief lectures at certain points, in order to expedite your time. I have also suggested two video clips as optional learning tools. One video can be accessed via You Tube. The other video is a Sermon Spice video you will need to purchase should you choose to use it. A link is provided.
