Yes, the 412 blog is moving and becoming johnmcclendon.com. You won't have to do anything if you have subscribed to this current blog. This is part of a transition that is taking place with the 4:12 Network, which will cease operations in January.
Why is the 412 Network Ceasing Operations?
This ministry idea was something God used in 2012 to move me from my position at LifeWay back to the work that I felt was more aligned for me personally with my calling to equip the local church. He reminded me, and I believe, gave me direction as I earnestly prayed about leaving LifeWay to begin this ministry. Launching and developing this ministry opened the doors to me being asked to assume the role of Executive Director of the Baptist Association of Christian Educators (BACE) in May of 2015.
As I began leading this organization, I quickly realized that the 4:12 Network and BACE were focused so much on the same audience that it would be difficult to divide my work between the two ministries. It has also become more challenging to balance quality time with God and family while adequately devoting time with all the ministry commitments for which I am responsible (BACE, Discipleship Pastor at Northside Baptist Church, and the 4:12 Network).
We have had a great run!
- We have had over 51,000 page views since May, 2012
- We have had great relationships with our Affiliates.
- We have over 200 trainers in our searchable database.
